The controller was great at first, but under normal usage the back buttons start to get loose and break. For a controller at this price point it is ridiculous that this issue exists. Had to reverse the back buttons to get them working.

Probably worth $159 but, not half the price of a PS5. Good product though.

Should only be purchased by professional players. Unnecessary for anyone else, and extremely expensive at that.

A very bad shopping experience. You trust Bestbuy to do things right. But you buy an open-box product in EXCELLENT condition, and you get one in GOOD condition, for a different price. This isn't done. Please.

I bought the product as excellent as an open box, but the box content was missing and the device looked worn out, I tried an open box product for the first time and I regretted it. As for Dualsense Edge, unfortunately I didn't like it after trying Elite 2, maybe if I had tried edge first, my opinion might have been different.

feels great to use. The build quality is solid and the buttons are responsive. I like the customizable back buttons since they make certain games easier and faster to play. The grip is comfortable even during long sessions

First off, let me start by saying that the battery life isn’t great. But, they include a pretty long charging cable so that’s been pretty much a non-issue for me. Short and sweet, no sugarcoating: This controller is amazing. The added rear buttons and the ability to replace the left and right sticks are game changing features that make this controller worth the price alone. You also receive a pretty nice carrying case that holds all of the accessories and the controller itself. How it feels to hold: This thing is very nice in the hands. A bit heavier than the original Dualsense controller, but not cumbersome. Simply more substantial. The triggers are textured, as well, and feel quite nice. Finally, I love that you can customize your button layouts for different games. That’s a feature I’ve wanted since buying the console! All in all, it’s an A+ product from Sony. They did a great job on this controller, and is a worthy addition to anybody’s Playstation arsenal.

I bought the controller in June, I'm extremely careful with it, out of nowhere it stopped working, it doesn't turn on, it doesn't charge and I have to send it to Sony because Best Buy only sells it, it doesn't provide any help or support for the products it sells. I don't recommend paying $200.00 for a product that works some days.

Bought this for COD. It’s awesome!!! Battery life is about 6 hours is the only downfall. Can change triggers to mouse click, zero stick drift, and paddles on the back are great. Bought the 2 year warranty.

I recently bought a new dual sense controller and for some reason and it had stick drift right out of the both. I went in to replace it for another and the same problem appeared. I was tired of it and decided why not upgrade to see what the hype is about. I'M GLAD TO SAY THAT IT'S REAL! The dual sense edge is a major upgrade from the regular. The controller itself feels very premium and is weighted nicely. I love the interchangeable thumb stick modules alone with the swappable back buttons. The L2 and R2 also have adjustable stops, which is nice depending on the game. The only downside is that the battery life is lower than the regular dual sense. This seems like a controller you'd want to keep plugged in (it comes with a USB lock). I'd highly recommend it for anyone with a budget for a "pro" controller.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Performance Upgrade – Worth Every Dollar I recently bought the DualSense Edge controller, and it has completely changed the way I play. From the moment I opened the box, the premium quality was obvious. The build feels solid, the grip is comfortable for long gaming sessions, and every button press feels incredibly precise. What really impressed me are the customizable controls and back paddles. Being able to map buttons and adjust sensitivity has made a noticeable difference in competitive games. I can react faster and play more comfortably without having to move my thumbs off the sticks. Switching between profiles is also super convenient depending on what game I’m playing. Another feature I love is the replaceable stick modules and adjustable triggers. It feels like Sony actually designed this controller with serious gamers in mind. Instead of worrying about wear over time, I know I can maintain it and keep it performing like new. Overall, this controller feels like a true pro-level upgrade from the standard one. If you want better control, customization, and a premium gaming experience, the DualSense Edge absolutely delivers. It’s easily one of the best gaming accessories I’ve purchased. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to take their gaming to the next level!

I love this controller, nothing to complain about. 200$ is a lot of money for a controller but it will last forever. No stick drift, no button issues. Everything this controller comes with is worth the price it’s given. Four different sticks to choose from and change. Very easy just pull the stick out from the controller then twist the new one in and press down. Trigger stoppers, grip on back of controller, adaptive settings in Playstation, fully customizable, sleek styling you can really tell apart of which is the ordinary PS5 controller, to the PS5 Edge controller. Buying it used from Best Buy and saving a couple of bucks it came quickly and packaged well. Will recommend to anyone who doesn’t feel like spending 70$+ every time a controller breaks. 10/10 Would buy again!

The DualSense Edge is a premium, super-customizable PS5 controller that really shines if you take your gaming seriously. The adjustable triggers, remappable buttons, back paddles, and multiple control profiles give you way more control and precision than the standard DualSense, and the build quality feels solid and comfortable in long sessions. It’s definitely pricey, and the battery life is shorter than the regular controller, but if you want pro-level features, smoother aim, faster reactions, and a controller that you can truly tailor to each game, the Edge delivers.
