Open box excellent……. They promised ALL ACCESSORIES in the box. It’s missing all the thumb stick caps and usb. I need someone to help with this

Item was listed as open box excellent. Item didn’t have charging cable or cradle. Also had missing accessories. This was a disappointment

Poorly manufactured joystick. I’d spent over $200 for this joystick. And thought I was getting a better made product. And could be adjust for my gaming actions. And didn’t even last over a year: don’t waste your money. This is not worth the price! Junk product!

I returned this controller as a warranty and the one I received is in worse condition than the one I returned..

I think the quality/price does not justify the value of this item. I regret having bought it.

I didn't like it. I tried connecting it to my Tablet and it would connect but I couldn't use it to play Call of Duty Mobile.

It only lasted a year before the grips would start to peel off. At that price you should buy a Scuf conttoller instead. Really dissapointed would not buy again and this is coming from a playstation “fanboy”

Poor build and action buttons were misaligned with rubber gasket that made them mushy and off centered. The Quality Control should have been more on point for a $200 controller. I returned it back on the 11th.

Purchased from PlayStation direct; the controller has a solid frame and great texture when fitting in your hand. I have smaller hands so it fits perfectly where as some with larger hands may find the controller a bit awkward to hold. Two buttons on the back that can be switched out. I tend to keep them as pedals and have them set to jump and prone while playing ranked call of duty. Its a huge benefit when playing FPS based games to never take my thumbs off the joysticks. The battery life is a little lackluster however I keep mine plugged directly into the console for all gaming so personally I haven't had any complaints when it comes to that. I recommend it for any FPS gamer that wants to have a larger advantage at their fingertips

I bought this as a gift and it is not functioning properly, I tried to return and was told no it is outside of 14 days so now I’m stuck with it, I won’t be shopping here again, I give zero stars

I have bought 2 diffrent controllers and both of them are not built well on the d pad. You press down on it feels weird and it count for 2 buttons sometimes

This my 4th faulty controller in 4 months. Sony quality has severely dropped

Definitely not worth the price. Rubber grips on the back started to bubble after a month of use. Better off with buying a scuf controller.

The order didn’t arrive and Best Buy still want to changed me

Like the feel and weight but the battery life is not great. The removable sticks and added button are great for shooters and mmorpgs.

Don’t recommend if you’re all time gamer i would recommend the scuff controller is more of a faster response
