My favorite feature is being able to swap out a worn out or malfunctioning thumb stick for $20 instead of buying a whole new controller

I bought for my son he loves it, the only con is weight and battery life

Its already has stick drift i got this 6 months ago i and i dont play the ps5 every day or some weeks i would have not touched it this thing at max has like a month and a half of use so not sure how its already broke. Its nice when its not broken tho but 200 i expect better than 6 months of life

The controller was exactly what my son requested for christmas. The customer service was fabulous. I was greeted. And I did not have to wait in line for long. No problems.

I've owned and used regularly for about 10 months. The software on the ps5 to re-map the back buttons works flawlessly. Back buttons and back paddles are clicke and tactile. I wish r2 and l2 were more mouse clickish, but no. The battery life SUCKS. Especially if you have triggers and vibration on. My back button failed. I utilized the paddles. After 10 months of playing, the back paddle became loose and unresponsive. Sony does not sell the parts to replace it. So i spent $200 to play for almost a year. Not worth it. I will never buy this again , money is spent better buying scuff or something else.

Dont get me wrong the controller itself works perfectly fine but once you get stickdrift in one of those joystick say goodbye to your hopes. Ive been looking for the joystick replacement all over and never found them in stock. The bad thing is SONY attracts you by saying “replaceable joysticks” but never informs that theyre out of stock and nowhere to be found.

Great controller that has multiple programmable configurations, and easy to set-up. Controller is heavier than original which takes time to get use to.

It is the best control because of how yoi can just modify the trigger buttons and swap the sticks best feature for me is the trigger buttons .

Even as refurbished the controller is in mint condition. I would definitely buy again
