The best controller you can buy atm. Great build quality, nice variety of joysticks, and the paddles feel great! Only thing is it is quite pricey.

The controller feels and plays well. It is easy set up; you need to download software in order to do so. The only downside for me is the joysticks not being removable. Aside from that, the controller is built well and worth the price tag.

Finally a playstation made remote with back buttons. I love everything about it and the interchangeable buttons. Battery life a little shorter than the original remot though.

Very good with customization when it comes to your liking on how you game. Only disadvantage is the battery life but since I usually play plugged in, its not a real issue for me

Very nice controller. It did get a little stick drift on the left joystick after like a month which was kinda lame but you can easily replace the joysticks so im not too mad at it. Overall great controller with great customization built into the PS5 and I definitely do recommend this controller for gamers that want to do competitive gaming

The best. Great haptics and customization. I’ll never go back, I tried. The sticks are holding up well, haven’t had to replace one yet. The back paddles are great. Think about what actions would work with the back paddles (like crouch makes sense to me, so it’s easy to remember).

Very durable Lots of adjustable options I like the classic look of white and blue but it would be nice to have other color options to match color decor of my set up would be perfect .

Good built and pretty much for pro gamer or players that really play lot and instead of buying a new controller because of drift issues with this you just change the module sold separately $20.

Great controller, but the battery life is terrible. Also Sony do better about making the stick modules for this device!!

Great controller with great feel. Not 100% certain the retail price was worth it so I got it in an open box buy. I feel the right price $150 for this controller. Longer battery life would be nice, too.

Bought this a little while ago its pretty solid heavier than the standard dual sense but i like it the buttons feel just like the regular version and i like the halfmoon back triggers more than the paddles though i havent programmed them in a lot of games yet the trigger pull mechanism is great for shooters

This was a much-needed upgrade for this generation of consoles; however, the battery on this device does not last any time. I always have my controller connected, which doesn't bother me but would probably bother others, especially for the price point. Also, I have not found the replaceable joysticks anywhere without a huge markup on them. What I would like to see is some Hall effect replacements offered as well, but we'll see. I have enjoyed using my controller overall; these are just the main complaints I could see most people having.

This is a great controller. The grip is a higher quality, the controls are responsive and they give you more overall control of your PS5 even in the middle of a game. The carrying case is perfect and provided more options than I would have thought to ask for and now can't do without. The option to swap out the joysticks is great because I've experienced stick drift on both of the original controllers that came with my PS5. The battery life isn't an issue because I always play close enough to my TV or pc monitor to plug it up when I need to. Here is the only reason why I took away a star: my hands are kind of big and when I have the back paddles installed, it is very difficult to not tap them mistakenly, which can cause issues including losing a game depending on what you're playing. I personally wish they could have placed the paddles just a bit closer together in the center just* out of my reach, so that I can grip the controller regularly and push the paddle buttons only when I want to. Other than that, this controller is GREAT. I'm looking forward to the second version of this.

Bought this just to see if it can help me on competitive games like overwatch, and cod, its been really good to far have noticed that i've been hitting more shots in both games since getting it. Its also built really well and its nice that you can change out the thumb sticks if you ever get stick drift or you just want a different style. I love having the buttons on the bottom of the controller to. Overall i say this a good controller if you like playing competitive games.

This controller is amazing. I thought extra buttons was overkill but as I learned to use em I don’t see myself playing with out them. The charger is very long and useful. 10/10 would recommend.

When I upgraded my PS4 to the PS5, the plug on back button attachment for PS4 controllers from Sony was sorely missed by me. Mappable back buttons should be a standard feature in a console controller by now, but since they aren't I finally broke down and got a DualSense Edge. There are a number of other features, that I have yet to use, like different button layout profiles that can be created and changed on the fly with the buttons under the joysticks or replaceable joystick units. The down sides are obviously the price, quite steep and this has yet to go on sale. Battery life is even worse that the standard controller, so plan in leaving the charging cord in at all times. Fortunately a longer cable is included with a more durable locking device for the mini USB plug.

This controller is amazing when it comes to design it’s everything you need in a pro controller. Plus no issue with zero stick drift and if there is you could just get another thumb stick for a small fraction than getting another controller. 100% recommended for pc and PlayStation players.
