Although the accessories (primarily the thumbsticks) feel slightly cheaper than Xboxs elite controller, this is a great first-party pro controller for playstation gamers. PC compatibility takes a little more work than i would like too, but that’s something i exoect to see updated later. My biggest complaint is not that this product exists, however it has to because every other dualsense I’ve owned has eventually suffered from terrible stick drift

Best PS5 controller upgrade. Super solid, precise and well built. And the replaceable joysticks are a big plus. Also comes with a nice, solid carry case, 6 foot usb charge cable with a locking mechanism for secure fasting to the controller. Excellent value.

Best PS5 custom/elite controller you can buy. Comes with a braided cable and a connector to keep the usb port from getting warped or bent. User profiles are super easy to setup for custom button configurations. The controller is very well made and looks great.

Great controller. I love the underside add on buttons and the ease of setting up. Left stick being brand new still has a drift. Have to pull back to stop from running sometimes.

Controller has an excellent, premium feel to it. The case and accessories feel premium and give the feel of a luxury controller. The battery life isn’t great but at 10ish hours it’s not too bad. Great mapping of buttons but not much in the instruction department. Would recommend for any first person shooter or anybody wanting to have a long term solution at controller.

Love the controller, best thing I bought all year. I still need time to get use to, but to have a controller that I can set to my liking definitely helps with my gameplay.

Great controller! Love the back paddles and mapping on it. The biggest flaw… is super short battery life. Playing helldivers 2 for 2-3 hours and I have to plug it in. PS5 controllers have short battery life as is but this controllers seems to be about half of a regular PS5 controller, just a heads up!

Got a PS5 controller that works great, with no stick drift, and is worth the purchase recommend shopping at Best Buy.

Really good but has short life but nonetheless good

Fantastic purchase. I got tired of exchanging the $70 controller when the inevitable "stick drift" occurred just weeks after taking them out the box and decided to give this $200 behemoth a try and it has been worth every penny. The ability to map buttons and fix any "stick drift" in the settings is perfect. 10/10 would recommend for any casual to "addicted" gamer.

Gameplay is mostly improved with this controller. However, between the reduced battery life and lackluster features compared to competitors, i cannot in good faith recommend this controller unless it's on a steep discount. In addition, the pc ps now app does not support this controller.

Best controller for the PS5 hands down. If you're looking into a controller with back buttons that still have the haptic feed and adaptive triggers and you dont mind spending the premium then this is for you.

It is what it is. Don't like the high price, don't buy it. Don't like the smaller battery (even though competitive players play plugged in), don't buy it. It's a great controller with a lot of in system adjustments and works out of the box. I've tried different controllers and this is my go to.
