The best controller I have ever owed, very sturdy with multiple configuration and can easily change profiles at any time without going to setting menu, which makes playing different games back to back more enjoyable

Its nice to have the best controller at your fingertips but this controller may not be for everyone.

Over all great quality build, only down side is the short battery life, and after several months of owning it randomly decides to not charge via console. Have to plug in to a brick to get it to charge…hard to get ahold of Sony as well for warranty…

Definitely an upgrade to my regular PS5 controller.

I recently acquired the Playstation DualSense Wireless Controller to complement my gaming experience on the PS5, and it has been a fantastic addition to my gaming setup.this device has been a savior. The sheer simplicity it brings to the charging process is remarkable.

I ordered an open box in excellent condition. Their site claims Excellent means: Looks like new, includes all parts, and fully functional. None of this was true for my product. A back paddle was missing. The USBC charging cable was missing. There was something like loose sand clinking around and making noise in the controller. The back hand grips were yellowed and peeling off. Absolutely ridiculous. There are 20+ listings on Facebook marketplace for $100 less in better condition.

Its a 200 dollar controller. If youre buying a controller that costs almost as much as a gaming system then youre probably a competitive fps player. The two back paddles are nice to quickly switch things around. The control stick settings are crap. If you hace small hands then it will be a little more difficult to aim while using the paddles. Just a heads up. Overall it oozes quality but if i had to do it again id just replace my regular ps5 controller with another one.

Only for the "hardcore" who need the customizable button layout! battery life seems reduced compared to normal controllers and takes a few days to get used to different feel of it. I bought one for me and my son and for price we could've both lived without

Battery life on this controller is pretty bad. I’m happy if I get at least a couple hours of gameplay out of it. I keep it plugged it the majority of the time.

My teenage step-son doesn't ask for much. Always hard to find the perfect gift, but this controller made his Christmas perfect. Bonus point bc it was the last one in the store and sold out online!
