Wasn’t sure that I wanted to purchase but did and thought I would regret (is a bit pricey), but I am glad I made the purchase. One thing I don’t like is that the case is not a rechargeable case like the Xbox elite2, but that is minor. I recommend for gamers but would like to see if Sony comes with a 2nd generation with better options such as a fully functional rechargeable case similar to Xbox elite 2

Really solid controller, everything from the carrying case to the bwck trigger attachments are quality. Im also a big fan of the cable lock since i always have it plugged in when playing on PC. Some games on PC dont pick up the controller like the regular dualsense which is frustrating and it is a bit expensive. Additionally, the left trigger on my unit clicks a bit weird only when I have the trigger stops all the way engaged which is slightly annoying.

The best controller I have ever owed, very sturdy with multiple configuration and can easily change profiles at any time without going to setting menu, which makes playing different games back to back more enjoyable

Its a good controller but the battery life for the steep price of this controller doesnt add up

It is pricey but worth it. If youre worried about the back plate you can always replace it.

Good product. It lets you make presets on your controller and very customizable.

That controller is great except the rubber grip area starts to come off after a few months. Unfortunately a known issue that as far as I know has no fix except replacing the rubber with aftermarket parts.

Over all great quality build, only down side is the short battery life, and after several months of owning it randomly decides to not charge via console. Have to plug in to a brick to get it to charge…hard to get ahold of Sony as well for warranty…

For a pre-owned item. It was practically brand new woth a discount.

Only for the "hardcore" who need the customizable button layout! battery life seems reduced compared to normal controllers and takes a few days to get used to different feel of it. I bought one for me and my son and for price we could've both lived without

Great controller. My only complaint is the battery life.

My teenage step-son doesn't ask for much. Always hard to find the perfect gift, but this controller made his Christmas perfect. Bonus point bc it was the last one in the store and sold out online!

Pros: half moon back buttons are comfortable. Cons: difficult to take apart

I bought it for my husband as a Christmas gift. I am not using it, but my husband loves it very much. Therefore, I would say it is worth the price.

It’s a step up from the controller that comes with the PS5 but barely. The battery life is junk. I can’t believe they can’t put two paddles on each side of the bottom like the Xbox Elite Controller. I do like that you can change out the sticks without having to send it off for repair.

[Employee of bestbuy] I love that you can change the presets for different games. Contoller is heavier than the orginal the ps5 comes with. The carrying case and longer braided charger cable is amazing. This is the only controller i use now.
