Their site claims Excellent means: Looks like new, includes all parts, and fully functional. None of this was true for my product. A back paddle was missing. The USBC charging cable was missing. There was something like loose sand clinking around and making noise in the controller. The back hand grips were yellowed and peeling off. Absolutely ridiculous. There are 20+ listings on Facebook marketplace for $100 less in better condition.
