Bought two of them and my kids love them. Does everything they want .

I like the design overall. Wish they started making these sooner.

Bought this controller and 3 months into owning it the left stick developed a severe stick drift making the controller useless. I’ve been trying to buy a stick module to replace it but it is out of stock EVERYWHERE. That was the main reason I bought this control so I can replace the stick module easily. I’ve been waiting for months for the stick module to come back into stock. Best buy wouldn’t exchange for a new one because I owned it too long. Would not buy this remote again.

Overpriced. Small battery life. Will have to charge it all the time. Back buttons are worthless. Then there’s these two weird buttons on front that allow you to quick change profiles lol. Nobody does that. Stay with a standard controller or buy a different controller.

Great control the only thing is I wish it had 4 paddles instead of 2 but maybe that’s just me.

I am a My Best Buy Total Member duped into paying for this service to protect my purchases. I bought an open box Sony DualSense Edge controller in EXCELLENT condition. On the website, best buy promises no missing parts. Controller was shipped to me missing the braided charging cord. I took the unit back to the Toledo Store and asked for a Supervisor. I wanted a cable from another unit. He contradicted Best Buys own promises and said that an Excellent condition open box item can have missing parts and that description only applies to physical damage to the unit itself. Further, he would not honor a warranty claim on the unit for the missing and critical charging cable. If Best Buy is going to sell items with critical parts missing then they need to be honest with people. They can't claim that something has no missing parts in order for you to buy the item They count on people not taking the time to drive 40 minutes to a store and if they do, they tell them thier policy contradicts thier own written promises on thier website. Also, the $179.99 they charge for thier total membership is money flushed down the toliet. Don't be fooled and don't waste your money because they dont't honor thier word or warranty.
