Other than the extra 2 triggers on the back of the controller there's nothing special enough to justify the price. The elite wireless2 controller is Way better

The description stated that this was "Open Box - Excellent" with nothing missing. It was missing the documentation, the USB cable and the cable protector housing that attaches to the controller. It was slightly discounted for open box but should have been significantly more discounted for the missing parts.

Controller works and has decent settings but there are other controllers that are much better and around the same price range or less. When you buy this controller youre really just getting the brand name and not your moneys worth.

I got controller and the right on the d pad clicks both right and bottom i returned it again and got a new one and has same issue this is 200$ the regular doesn’t have this problem

The controller has horrible response. It tends to not react then when it reacts it over reacts. The battery barely even lasts for about an hour.

Seriously disappointed in the controller and Best Buys return policy. The controller wont hold a charge. It only works while wired. Hmm I don't remember buying a wired controller.

Stick drift within months of use. Even replaced the analog modules and still experiencing stick drift. An expensive controller for it to be made cheaply.

Everything is great except for the bsck triggers. One of mine sticks down and now ruins that feature because I have to disable the back paddles now.

Only reason i got this was i had tons of rewards to use up. Otherwise $200 is not worth it. Especially since it doesn't come with extra analog sticks for replacement.

Very good controller, competitive to the Scuffs because of the software support for customizing the buttons, The only issue is the back button module after a while the magnetic lock key location gets worn out. I recommend getting BB warranty.

Joy sticks drift quicker than usual, need replacement in less than 6 months of purchase (3 months)

Ngl dont even waste your time it was good for 6 months then gg it just says the modules are no connected randomly this problem is still not fixed dont buy

Bought this originally asked employee if it was used. Was told no. Took it home and controller didn’t work and was very dirty.
