    Not worth $200

Only reason i got this was i had tons of rewards to use up. Otherwise $200 is not worth it. Especially since it doesn't come with extra analog sticks for replacement.

Very good controller, competitive to the Scuffs because of the software support for customizing the buttons, The only issue is the back button module after a while the magnetic lock key location gets worn out. I recommend getting BB warranty.

Everything is great except for the bsck triggers. One of mine sticks down and now ruins that feature because I have to disable the back paddles now.

Stick drift within months of use. Even replaced the analog modules and still experiencing stick drift. An expensive controller for it to be made cheaply.

Isn’t worth the money, the battery life is less than a normal controller. The back buttons have a slight delay. It’s all around quality is good but isn’t worth it.

This conteoller is pretty good. If i was hooked on the dualsense feel i would buy it. I went with the scuf PC controller for the mechanical buttons and never looked back

Unlike previous controllers this one requires a ps5 to configure its extra features. I had planned on using it on a pc. This turned out to be a poor value for me.

The controller has horrible response. It tends to not react then when it reacts it over reacts. The battery barely even lasts for about an hour.

I would not recommend this product due to battery life. Only 3 hrs took to fully drain the battery in this remote. I ended up return it to the Store.

Its a nice and finished product, the only problem im a PC player and playstation does have the full feature on PC. Other than that it would be a great product for playstation consoles only

Not review on the controller but on BestBuy CS. purchased this open box(EXCELLENT) but received the order missing items (charging cable with the locking clip, and missing paddles) not to mention the case was not even attempted to be cleaned. CS at first tells me that they will process a replacement and i can go ahead and return this. just to have them cancel the order saying its not available but yet on their website you can still go ahead and purchase the open box excellent condition. This was absolutely ridiculous! purchase your controller from GameStop, guarantee you their CS will be much more helpful.

Waste of money, save your coin and buy something else. Sticks ghost your characters and make them un controllable while doing so. Thought maybe it was a malfunctioning stick and replaced it. Controller still controlled my characters. Stick to the original dual sense unless having back buttons and a headache is a must, or purchase a Battle Beaver, Aim, Hex etc. Instead. I'd stay away from scuff as well as they seem to share the same quality issues as the rest of the mass produced controllers do. On the same sane token I have regular dual sense controllers that have lasted 2 years plus under heavy use. They do/can make a good controller. This ain't one of them. Ironically, the controller last long enough to pass the in store warranty but not much longer after that. Mine went 1.5 months before having issues. The hard case and charger lock is nice, replaceable sticks seem like a great concept minus the fact that it appears to have lowered the quality control aspect because so. I'd rather buy a custom ps5 controller that last 2-3 years than shell out this amount of coin and have to replace the stick modules every 1.5 months.- not that replacing them even fixed the issue, bummer...

For the average gamer this is not worth the price. Biggest downside is the battery is smaller than the regular controller.
