Love it very flexible and helps more with game modes

It’s great, it’s better than having Scuf since you can change the joysticks and have a warranty too

Little bit different adjusting to the way changes

I got one from PS Direct and all four face buttons were loose. Replacement had loose X button. Decided to give bestbuy a try and same thing, loose O button.

How great! A controller that addresses the issues of potential stick drift by swapping out the thumb stick modules! Cool! Awesome idea! In practice? Terrible! This controller will allow you to play for what feels like a little over an hour not plugged in! They included the smallest battery in this thing to make room for the modules. This controller is over priced, and overall was a bad decision. 1/5 because the concept is great! But this is expensive and not great to use.

The controller feels nice in your hands, it's a little heavier than the normal Dualsense and the grips are nice. The customization is pretty limited, no switching anything, just added back panels and longer joy sticks. The worst part by far is the battery. 2-3 hours tops and takes just as long to charge. Absolutely not worth the premium price tag. Sony also addressed this as a known issue but won't do anything about refunds.

Controller isn’t anything special! Price wise go with a different brand. The most important part is PlayStation is out of stock going on 90 days for the modules if the stick starts drifting!! Do t waste your money it’s a scam

Not worth the money. Battery life is the same as the regular controllers.

The Bakersfield, California location had an open box in excellent condition listed for available for pick up in one hour but after purchasing and waiting 4 1/2 hours, I contacted customer service about why my order was taking so long for one controller and she furthermore told me that it was being transferred from another location to that location and the shipping courier Had not yet approved the pick up and delivery so I wasted my time when I could’ve just went in and bought a brand new one

It’s nice but way over priced. People like playing the PS5.

Careful using this controller. Although the tech is great, it can cause harm on your hands. I had to stop using it after 4 months of use as it gave me Tendonitis. Please be wary of it, especially you COD players.

When i remapped buttons to the back.The o button stopped working correctly. Default setting controller worked perfect. Still have software issues.after talking with sony i had to return.

How does a premium product like this have crap battery life. Makes no sense.

it has a smaller battery than original ps5 controllers so I will have to pass on this control its not worth it

Had remote for 19 days 5 days over the bullcrap period I didn’t use the remote till about 10 days in and it would not turn on I took it back hoping Best Buy would treat me fairly but no they did not had to pay more money shop from microcenter Best Buy doesn’t care about you

Battery life in this is uttery abysmal like you can get through maybe an hour or two but dies like that

Great controller but does not support PC (you can't map the back buttons if you don't have a PS5)

I went to see the control that said excellent and one of the levers was damaged. I checked it before buying. They did not look for a solution. The part can be changed. Bad service.p

Cant get modules always out of stock. Sony scamming you. Shame on you Sony. Replacement modules is a lie you cant get them. No abolity to order snd wait. Bad business from Sony. Buy something else !!!!!!!
