[Employee of bestbuy] This controller is fantastic for anyone who games after a long day from work and or do not have the time to play often. While the controller adds some competitive edge to your game. You still are limited to only 2 extra buttons which I know hardcore gamers like to have at least 4 from what other controller companies out there make. However, for a controller to be integrated smoothly into the ps5 ui just makes it convenient for anyone who wants to be above average in any videogame they play and not go full tryhard.

This controller it's my daily driver now. I enjoyed the two back buttons also I'd like the option to replace the analog stick whenever in the future get stick drift. Only thing I wish it had a longer battery life.

I was adamant to spend this much on a new controller, but it ended up being very much worth it. After using this controller for a while, i can't go back to using a normal duelsense. The quality and feel is much better than the duelsense, which I believe is already built well. The back buttons aren't always necessary, but they're a game changer for some games where you need to move your character, aim the camera, and press a face button at the same time. Highly recommend this if it's in your budget.

Everything about this item is top notch! The way it feels in hand. The way it looks. The fact that you can assign buttons. Just buy it!

The controller is great, has a lot of setting that are very helpful, and it feels really good in hand.

Love the design and feel. It would be perfect if the batter life were just a little longer. That is my only gripe about it. It lasts about 5-6 hours.

Good controller but the battery life is not the best. Can't get more than 8 hours of game play on one charge.

An amazing high quality controller. Only minor downside is the battery life but it is good. The controller feels very good & is worth it.

An improvement over the standard controller and i personally love the trigger paddles underneath as a extra advantage in FPS games.

Overall good purchase, paddles are a great addition, hair triggers are definitely great for any fps game. Battery life is a little lacking, I’d say around maybe 4 or 5 hours of gameplay before it needs to be charged. With the regular controllers it’s definitely a bit more sitting at around 8 hours off a charge. There are other small QoL things that make it a decent purchase, namely the charger lock that comes with it so the cable doesn’t get pulled out of the controller, the case has an opening so you can charge while it’s inside I’d say the best thing about the controller isn’t on the controller itself but a feature on the PS5 to customize profiles for different games and be able to hotswap between them.

I think this controller should have a better battery life, other than that, this controller is perfect

great controller, customizable settings for sticks, modular sticks for easy replacement in case stick drift were to occur, two extra back buttons and contains an extra switchable stick set from PS3 styled controllers.

Good controller. The back buttons really help. Only con is the shorter battery life. Battery life is much shorter than than the normal dualsense, but it does come with a super long cord. I would still highly recommend this controller.

After running into stick drift issues with the basic PS5 controller, I opted to get the Dualsense Edge. It's a better controller and having the ability to swap analogue sticks and map the buttons around as you see fit, its a game changer. It is unfortunate that there aren't any hall effect sticks and that the current analogue sticks sold by Sony are sold out.
