Not worth the price. Touchpad is very inaccurate and foesnt work most of the time. Less battery life than regular controller. Unless you really like the back paddles, theres no reason to get this overexpensive controller. Even then there are better alternatives.

Yes it’s expensive, but with interchangeable sticks this is a must with sonys stick drift problem. If your a first person shooter like me, this elevates your game when setup properly

Once you use this controller you will never want to go back. Extremely valuable compared to other custom controllers on the market. Saves you money in the long run

I’m very happy with this purchase. It was easy to set up and allows me to play more. I was afraid that because of my Osteoarthritis that I was going to have to stop playing the games I love.

Im really enjoying the experience of learning next generation concepts of controllers . Even though these type of concepts already existed i never once considered it until now and im really excited and looking forward to this new journey. It was not easy getting one and best buy made it happen. One more thing in shooting games its a big difference

This is such a wuality controller and the case is primo, if your rough on controllers like i am this is a litteral must, plus if it us defective bestvuy 100% backs their products , buy this. Stop thinking.

Bought this for my son as a bday gift, I personally think its too many buttons and not worth the price , BUT, my kid who I bought it for loves it! So the rating is based on his feedback, since he is the owner!

Great controller. Good built quality and loads of features compared to other elite controller. All of under $200. Would recommend for avid gamers. However, for the causal gamer, the price tag might be a bit steep

We love this controller. It gives you options and features that help make it custom gaming. I am not saying it is the same as playing in a keybiard and mouse, but it definitely helps bridge that gap!

Great controller, love the ability to changed the hepatic feedback on the triggers. Could use 2 more paddles/buttons on back for certain usage/games like some 3rd party for remotes but for my usage it works perfectly.

Pretty neat from the regular controller same feel just extra buttons easy to learn and better thing if it starts to drift you don’t replace the whole remote!

I don't know why this is $200. It's Sonys answer to the elite series on Xbox and it's a great controller but it's also priced $50 too high and does some things worse than the controller it wants to be. Swapping thing sticks isn't as simple as the elite where they just come off but don't fall off thanks to magnets. With this a faceplate has to be removed so quick swaps are out of the question. The haptics are great but not different then the regular controller and the paddles on the back are not worth the $140 it costs over a regular controller. If anything just buy one of those and a cheap addon that gives you paddles.

Better than the original dual sense you can get two dual sense controllers for the price of the edge controller it’s still worth the price.

My son enjoys this Ps5 controller. It has multi functions. He’s also a gamer so this is perfect for him. It’s a little pricey but well worth it with the geek squad plan.

It lasted me about a year until i started noticing the padal in the back getting stuck.

Awesome! Wish charge last longer. But I love using it.
