Was just after a year of purchase. Best buy considered it normal wesr and tear - never had a PS controller peal like this. best Buy CHARGED me a fee to exchange with my protection plan. Was not happy with Best Buy. Hopefully the replacement and the one i bought for my brother doesn peel also. Ugh. Make sure you rxchange things bedorenthe year if you have the BB protection plan. They may consier it normal wear!

Work very good on PlayStation but needs a 3 party software to work on Pc. Other than that works as it should. Definitely recommend to others.
