Unfortunately a known issue that as far as I know has no fix except replacing the rubber with aftermarket parts.

With all the customization on the PS5, it makes it hard to find the middle ground and feel like the regular PS5 controller. The controller design itself is wonderful, but I personally don't like how it feels in the game.
