It's supposed to make it easy to fix the stupid problem that Sony refuses to (so they can keep selling controllers), but guess what, in the rare event you can find the $20 replacements (and that's $20 PER STICK), it will break again later because the inherent issue is not addressed. Sony Customer Service is garbage and they will make you pay for shipping even on warranty. On a lesser but no less crappier note, this has way less PC support than the regular DS. Basically, this is made to break just like the dual sense, except it gives you a false sense of safety/repairability, and they take more of your money.

Good Controller But Wouldn’t Purchase Again

It performs as advertised and I have no issues with any of the physical components of the controller, but the price is simply too much. It would also be improved if the software to configure the device was also available for PC.
