Probably worth $159 but, not half the price of a PS5. Good product though.

Should only be purchased by professional players. Unnecessary for anyone else, and extremely expensive at that.

feels great to use. The build quality is solid and the buttons are responsive. I like the customizable back buttons since they make certain games easier and faster to play. The grip is comfortable even during long sessions

A very bad shopping experience. You trust Bestbuy to do things right. But you buy an open-box product in EXCELLENT condition, and you get one in GOOD condition, for a different price. This isn't done. Please.

I bought the product as excellent as an open box, but the box content was missing and the device looked worn out, I tried an open box product for the first time and I regretted it. As for Dualsense Edge, unfortunately I didn't like it after trying Elite 2, maybe if I had tried edge first, my opinion might have been different.

First off, let me start by saying that the battery life isn’t great. But, they include a pretty long charging cable so that’s been pretty much a non-issue for me. Short and sweet, no sugarcoating: This controller is amazing. The added rear buttons and the ability to replace the left and right sticks are game changing features that make this controller worth the price alone. You also receive a pretty nice carrying case that holds all of the accessories and the controller itself. How it feels to hold: This thing is very nice in the hands. A bit heavier than the original Dualsense controller, but not cumbersome. Simply more substantial. The triggers are textured, as well, and feel quite nice. Finally, I love that you can customize your button layouts for different games. That’s a feature I’ve wanted since buying the console! All in all, it’s an A+ product from Sony. They did a great job on this controller, and is a worthy addition to anybody’s Playstation arsenal.

I love this controller, nothing to complain about. 200$ is a lot of money for a controller but it will last forever. No stick drift, no button issues. Everything this controller comes with is worth the price it’s given. Four different sticks to choose from and change. Very easy just pull the stick out from the controller then twist the new one in and press down. Trigger stoppers, grip on back of controller, adaptive settings in Playstation, fully customizable, sleek styling you can really tell apart of which is the ordinary PS5 controller, to the PS5 Edge controller. Buying it used from Best Buy and saving a couple of bucks it came quickly and packaged well. Will recommend to anyone who doesn’t feel like spending 70$+ every time a controller breaks. 10/10 Would buy again!

I bought the controller in June, I'm extremely careful with it, out of nowhere it stopped working, it doesn't turn on, it doesn't charge and I have to send it to Sony because Best Buy only sells it, it doesn't provide any help or support for the products it sells. I don't recommend paying $200.00 for a product that works some days.

I recently bought a new dual sense controller and for some reason and it had stick drift right out of the both. I went in to replace it for another and the same problem appeared. I was tired of it and decided why not upgrade to see what the hype is about. I'M GLAD TO SAY THAT IT'S REAL! The dual sense edge is a major upgrade from the regular. The controller itself feels very premium and is weighted nicely. I love the interchangeable thumb stick modules alone with the swappable back buttons. The L2 and R2 also have adjustable stops, which is nice depending on the game. The only downside is that the battery life is lower than the regular dual sense. This seems like a controller you'd want to keep plugged in (it comes with a USB lock). I'd highly recommend it for anyone with a budget for a "pro" controller.

Bought this for COD. It’s awesome!!! Battery life is about 6 hours is the only downfall. Can change triggers to mouse click, zero stick drift, and paddles on the back are great. Bought the 2 year warranty.

The DualSense Edge controller is a premium upgrade for anyone who takes gaming seriously. The adjustable triggers, customizable back paddles, and swappable stick modules make a huge difference in competitive gameplay. It feels solid, well-built, and has a nice weight compared to the standard DualSense. The ability to save custom profiles is very convenient when switching between different games. The battery life is shorter than the regular DualSense, but the included braided USB cable helps if you need to play wired. Overall, it’s a high-quality controller with a lot of flexibility. If you’re looking for precision and customization, this is worth the investment.

The premium build feels fantastic in hand, and the extra features give players a competitive edge. If you want the best gaming experience, this controller is an absolute must-have!

Works great does exactly as expected, the customization options are great and love the fact you can swap the thumb sticks back to dome shape to give it that old PlayStation feel from ps3 days. Would definitely recommend and buy again for sure!!

Best controller out there by far. It feels just like the regular ps4 control, has optional paddles in the back with 2 different styles. You can configure dead zones and a handful other options with 3 custom modes you can save. My favorite feature is the replaceable stick modules, whenever you get stuck drift purchase a new $20 stick module and no more drift!

Best PS5 controller for competitive gaming

The trigger stoppers really make the L2/R2 clicky and you're able to tap shoot or even shoot quicker than regular DS5 controllers. The dome back buttons are easy to use, never liked the extended sticks type. This controller is highly recommended for if you're into shooter games, you will definitely have the advantage over someone using a regular controller. I've had my edge controller since launch and haven't had any stick drift so far. I purchased a stick module some time in the summer just in case I catch stick drift, but luckily I have not. The thumb sticks are easy to pop on and off if you perfer dome or concave. The ONLY con I will say this controller has, is that over time it will become a little slippery if your hands sweat a little. I use to feel my grip slightly sliding off, so what I did was purchase a 3rd party grip that you can easily stick onto. Other than that one con, everything else is great, it feels like a premium controller.

Got this for my husband as he goes through a lot of controllers due to stick drift. This controller has held up MUCH longer than any other controller we've had. It's the same size as any other standard PS5 controller so it feels comfortable and he enjoys the customerization ability.

I have been using a Scuf controller for some time and ive got to be honest the Dualsense Edge controller just feels a lot better to play with. Easy to press back paddles, the configuration is endless to meet all game needs. The pre-set configurations you can set up and switch to are a breeze to understand. Definitely 10/10

I bought this specifically for Call of Duty and the customization is very helpful. I like that you can buy replacement sticks, but at the same time it's a turn off since the regular controllers and probably this one are susceptible to stick drift; good luck finding replacement sticks as well (if you see any on sale, buy them). The battery on this is probably the biggest drawback. It has less capacity than the regular controllers, therefore you you get less time playing through wireless. Despite the battery, this is still a good controller to give you shortcuts to certain actions in games.

Grabbed this open-box DualSense Edge from Best Buy, and I’m blown away by the quality! The controller arrived in pristine condition – zero stick drift, no scratches, and all accessories were included (case, cables, swappable stick caps, and back buttons). It looked and felt 100% new. The performance? Exceptional. The adjustable trigger stops make shooters like *Call of Duty* incredibly responsive, and the customizable back paddles are game-changers for competitive play. The textured grips and premium weight make long sessions comfortable, and the on-device menu (for button mapping) is genius. Battery life is solid for a feature-packed controller. For **$50+ less than new** (thanks to Best Buy’s open-box discount), this was an absolute steal. If you’re eyeing an elite controller but want to save cash, trust Best Buy’s open-box program. This one’s a total win!
