Save Your Money

The design doesn't look nearly as great as the original DualShock 5. A detatchable faceplate is cool and all, but it's kidna useless. The battery life is poor. In order to charge it, you need it plugged into the PS5; you can't just use any old USB outlet. Way too many customization options and it actually makes the game stop working if a certain function hasn't been assigned to a profile. If you're in a spot where you need to mash a button, it will tell you that you haven't assigned it to this profile and it's very difficult to know how to assign it. Like, your controller just decides to stop working because it's not assigned, even though it's a basic function of the game! For $200, you aren't getting your money's worth. The regular DualShock 5 is FAR better! Better battery life, better design, and it won't randomly quit working on you! Xbox made a better version than Sony did. VERY disappointed.
