Very good, but expensive
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A little heavier than the regular controller, and this is my first one with paddles, but it was an easy transition and now i cant go back. They are pricey though and seem to never go on sale.

Phenomenal quality
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing is awesome. It's what all other controllers are missing. Replaceable thumbsticks, Customizable back paddles made of metal, low latency and great ergonomics. Comes with a hard case extra thumbsticks and different back paddle options. Has a lock for the power cord to prevent it from being pulled out. Stay away from the others and get this one. You wont regret it.

Amazing upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice. Its got a little bit more weight to it. I haven't used the lower triggers yet, but the concept is amazing. So many extra features and customizations that I'm under utilizing it at the moment.

I bought it to save money.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had no choice but to buy this gamepad, because the sticks on my standard controller kept failing within a month.

Edge Is Right
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love that it you the extra customization options. The battery life is awful but what kost don’t understand is that thisnis the same exact controller size as the regular Dualsense and does MORE. Of course the battery wont be as good. Fortunately, most of us play the PS5 at home and not on the go so Sony provides a very long USB C cable to charge the controller while you play so Im not pressed about the battery life.

Expensive but worth it
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its an improvement for shooters. The feel and quality is great. Compared to the xbox elite controller, it needs improvements and battery life could be better.

PS5 Dualsense Edge
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoy this controller it feels more comfortable in my hands than the original PS5 controllers. I love having the ability to hone in the joysticks and the trielggers. The customisable options for the button layout makes gaming a lot more fun for me. I love having the extra triggers underneath they really add to the playability of most games. I just wish it weren't so expensive.

Is the $200 worth it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not one that likes the idea of gamers allowed to change buttons or have a controller that helps them. To me, either way that is cheating. But why get the edge than right; $200 is a high price tag, but the stick drift is REAL for these controllers. Because of this, after $200, all I need to pay now is $20 not $70, or whatever amount it is for a brand new controller, to fix the drift stick. For this reason alone, it is worth it to me. Sony should make the original controller like this, without all the extra functions.

Good quality updated DualSense Controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well made and feels solid. Shoulder trigger depth switches provide decent range of options. Software offers a variety of settings, including analog stick acceleration rates, dead zones, and shoulder trigger dead zones. Cons: battery life is significantly lower than DualSense controller, not enough rear paddle buttons (only 2), assigning a button to a back paddle creates issue in some games where pressing a button and holding a button do different functions.

One of the best controllers I've ever owned.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although the price is a little higher than I would have liked, I've certainly gotten my money's worth. The back paddles provide great utility, the customizable R2/L2 triggers hage made FPS games a smoother experience, and the slightly extra weight makes the entire build feel that much more premium. Worth it for players who want a more competitive approach to their multiplayer games.

Perfect.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Perfect controller for a regular gamer. Preset button layouts make it super easy to switch between custom settings in different games. Customizable trigger sensors and back paddles increase reaction time. Replaceable joystick modules are a major plus, eliminating the need to buy a new controller every time stick drift becomes an issue. This is the last controller you will ever need to buy.

Fantastic Remote, don’t get anything else
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve used a wide range of controllers—everything from standard Xbox and Xbox Elite, to PlayStation, the Victrix Pro, and now the DualSense Edge. Without a doubt, the DualSense Edge stands out as the best in terms of functionality and compatibility. If you’re a PlayStation user, don’t bother with anything else. This controller goes above and beyond. All you might want to add is a Control Freak, and you’re set. I’m not sponsored or paid to write this, and I rarely leave reviews. But by golly, this thing is fantastic.
