Battery only lasts about 4-5 hours but other than that it works great

Got this as a Valentine’s Day gift and my boyfriend couldn’t be happier with the controller! 10/10

Let me start by saying thst this pro controller does what is advertised. It allows more flexibility and function than the normal controller does. However be warned that as has been noted multiple times, the battery life on this thing leaves a lot to be desired. I routinely play with it it plugged in because it goes dead in about half the time of a normal controller. Is it good…. Yeah…. Would i pay for it again…. Probably not..

I’m going to recommend that people purchase the insurance it really came in handy to replace the broken one

I have always had the xbox elite controllers and loved them, the back paddles are a must. I was very surprised when sony announced this controller, also very happy as it was about time. Solid build, solid accessories, and it feels great to hold. Worth every penny.

Good for pc im loving it. Would recommend highly over xbox controller.. its just feels nice to play on over any other controller i own..i have own multiple controller and this one best so far

Overall great controller, dont have to worry about stick drift no more as they can be easily switched out. Trigger buttons work great specialy with the different settings available. Also love the carrying case it comes with. Greatly recommend!

Controllers from Best Buy never have issues or stick drift

So far this controller does everything I wanted it to do. Battery life could be better, but it is not awful. The trigger response is excellent, plus you have full control over every trigger on this remote through the PS5.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter after having one of my own for a few months. Best controller I've ever used.

A little expensive but it is quality. The adjustable paddles helped me find my play type. The controller is slightly heavier than most. Responds amazing, and you can replace the joysticks when stick drift arises.

Although the accessories (primarily the thumbsticks) feel slightly cheaper than Xboxs elite controller, this is a great first-party pro controller for playstation gamers. PC compatibility takes a little more work than i would like too, but that’s something i exoect to see updated later. My biggest complaint is not that this product exists, however it has to because every other dualsense I’ve owned has eventually suffered from terrible stick drift

So i havent really fully used all the new accessories. However, i love the weight of it. The grips are great. That case for the remote feels fabulous. I removed 2 stars due to its price. I think $200 before tax is just too much for it.

Got joystick lag on my original ps5 controller and upgraded to this and haven’t looked back. can customize setting for specific games and easy to use

Anything thats Playstation product i believe is great. Easy to sync improved my gameply for sure!!! Great for COD.

This is hands down the best pro controler on the market. Ive had scuf before and it did not feel as good as this one does. Only wish it had 2 more back paddles but besides that, its a great controller

Best PS5 custom/elite controller you can buy. Comes with a braided cable and a connector to keep the usb port from getting warped or bent. User profiles are super easy to setup for custom button configurations. The controller is very well made and looks great.
