I would give it a 4.5/5 because of the battery life but thanks to USB-c they charge fast. Overall an excellent controller. Build quality is great and they have some weight to them. Sony knows how to make their products feel nice.

PS5 Controller Drift Issues, Great Service from BB

However, this is my third controller where the left or right stick started drifting. That being said, this has nothing to do with Best Buy, as their service is great.

I am a purple lover and this controller is so appealing to the eye with the fact it doesn't look the same depending on the lighting and angle you look at it. So many shades of blue and purple and the nicest looking controller I have ever owned.

I will admit it has taken a beating but after about a year there’s still no stick drift or mechanical problems with it. The battery life is kinda bad though, I find myself charging my controller a lot each time I play but other than that it’s a good controller.

For me, though, the Sony controller is much more comfortable because of the button labels and layout. Everything feels intuitive.
