So I got myself one of these Galactic Purple controllers and my initial impression was really good. I love the improvements made over the previous PS4 controllers, that being the longer battery life, the USB-C port instead of USB-A, the buttons feeling more responsive than ever before and lastly the intertwining double coat layer which look looks amazing

The shape is basically about the same as PS4 controller but def a bit smoother. Solid launch controller so far with no drift to report as of yet.

Best console controller I’ve ever used! PERIOD Great feel and grip and the haptic is amazing! Has a speaker and mic on it as well! Worth every dime!

so much better than my ps4 remote controller. Plus, it is white too so cosemetically, it looks great with my white PC workstation setup.

This is a newer generation ps5 controller, i ordered it necause the 1st gen ps5 controllers all eventually have stick drift. I'll forsure keep everyone updated after a few months of me running some call of duty matches with it. I game pretty often so I'm forsure going to be able to tell you in the long run if Sony fixed these issues or not.

After 10+ years of using Xbox controllers I finally switched to the PS5 controller and I’ll never buy Xbox controllers ever again. I’ve had mine for about a year and a half and already that’s longer than any Xbox controller I’ve had. Buttons are also better/more comfortable. I use on my PC and have had no problems at all. Excellent controller and durable.

I love the new ps controller. The haptics are great but I had to get used to them. I like the bigger size but would've been fine with the older size

Best controller ever, to be quite literally honest about it. But also, like, why are these so friggin' expensive?? It's not Best Buy's fault,but they start to drift after a couple years and they're so expensive to replace.

The white PS5 controller was returned to the store for the Cobalt Blue one. I was shopping and noticed it was in stock. The Burlington Best But store gladly exchanged it. That was very nice.

Best Buy purchase experience was excellent and no issues there as usual. As for this controller, it’s an excellent stock design, and superior to Xbox default controllers in a lot of ways. However, this is my 4th PS5 controller in 3 years, which is to state that the reliability and longevity on these Sony controllers leaves much to be desired. 5 stars for Best Buy, 3 stars for the Sony controllers due to reliability/longevity issues.
