Using the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers makes games without them seem empty. I wish the battery life was a little better, but hopefully some software updates can improve it.

Bought 2 new ones with what we got refunded so very pleased!

It's very sturdy and offers high utility features, like the built-in microphone and speakers, and haptic feedback (feeling every step and rumble in supported games). The trigger having weight in some games is one of my favorite features. I definitely recommend!

Make sure you get a protection plan, because you will need it. Lagging and or random movements on the screen when no one is touching the remote, going in a different direction than the button being pressed. Selected would recommend because when it works it’s great also there are no better options for the ps5
