Pros: - Amazing ergonomics - Precise Analog inputs - Awesome force feedback triggers Cons (Ignore if using on PS5): - Lack of support in several games when used on a Windows device (This can be forgiven since it is not a traditional “xinput” controller)

With so much technology available everyday it is hard to get a sense of “future technology”. But as someone who uses the dual shock 4 everyday, the dual sense really feels like the future. It is the perfect upgrade.

The adaptive resistive triggers for L2 and R2 are a great way for game immersion in the games that take advantage of it. The weight and feel is great. The controller battery life is pretty good and is able to charge up pretty quickly during a gaming break in order to have a good amount of playing time when I decide to return to my gaming. I just hope that more game developers decide to implement its haptic functionality in more of their games.

If there is one thing that makes the PS5 truly "next-gen" it is this controller. I am happy to own a PS5 and to own an extra DualSense. It wows people as soon as they hold it and blows their minds as soon as the haptics and adaptive triggers kick in.
