The staff helped me with everything I needed, answered my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. My nephew absolutely loves the controller and says it makes his games even more fun and exciting. These controllers look and feel fantastic. They are extra crispy coming out of the box and just feel good in your hands. As always, highly recommend protection as you could fall victim to the dreaded possibility of stick drift. Excellent
