Controller feels really great quality, no complaints. Great battery life. Great attention to detail on the art of the Spider-man limited edition controller. Just hope sony produces more of them so more fans can appreciate the dualsense and add it to their collection!

My son and I absolutely love this controller. The feel in-hand is outstanding and the game response is incredibly smooth. I may be partially biased since I’ve only ever owned PlayStations, and my son has grown up with Sony as well — gotta raise them right and protect their eyesight lol. I purchased this for My husbands and it’s his new favorite PlayStation remote.

40k itty bitty bumps that turned out to be playstation button symbols... haptic feedback is like warm apple pie if ya know what i mean. and this stick drift controversy? ive had zero issues with two remotes... something tells me these no lifers playing 26 hours of call of duty per day still havent learned their lesson about slamming their joysticks back and forth, or about clearing their internet history.... feels good man,.... feels real good

Had to replace an old controller with drift and this one does the trick. Plus the color adds a little pop to the room.

Color is nice. Playstation controllers are the most comfortable for gaming in my opinion. I use it for my pc though does require 3rd party software to work along side pc gaming. Do not buy for pc if you have trouble configuring such. Or just want a plug and play option for pc.

Typical PS5 controller. Necessary & good buy. Joystick is stiff in certain games and doesn't rotate camera in certain games. However, maybe it's just Sony and has nothing to do with BestBuy.
