Whatever you do, do NOT buy an open box controller. Ours was supposed to be in excellent condition, but came broken, with stick drift out of the box. No original packaging, dirty, scratched up, faded coloring and quite obviously used for months and months and then returned somehow before being resold to online suckers ( Us ). Online customer service was absolutely useless. They offered for us to drive to the nearest store to return the broken piece of crap, which is about 30 minutes away from us, or return it with the prepaid label they give you. We weren't given a prepaid label. Surprise surprise. All in all just a terrible experience. We wont be buying any open box items from here ever again. Totally disappointed. If you look at the picture's I attach here, you can see that it is dirty, faded on the lettering on the back and around the edges of the sticks, and scratched all over where the charger gets plugged in.

The controller works great no issues the red was a little more pricey but id say its worth it. The color is better in person.

The controller has a sick design to it, and a speedy delivery too. But im bummed it didn’t come with it own cable.

I purchased this controller for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved the color, he was so excited for the new metallic red controller to come out. Purchasing with Best Buy is always a must. Great shipping and great service.

Very practical to use this joystick.if you have ps you need to buy 2 of them.otherwise you need to wait for charging

Awesome purchase for my son’s birthday. He absolutely loves the black controller. It also has a matte feel that is super comfortable and feels great. I would definitely recommend this controller to anyone who wants the best controller in gaming.

Was excited to get a Camo controller like I’d had with my older play stations, but not sure the quality is there. I’ve used it only since Xmas and already I’ve had a few weeks of sticking and binding… I’ve worn out dozens (literally) of PS4 controllers over the years, but I was surprised that this one is starting to give up the ghost after only six weeks of mostly just Apex. If I hadn’t gotten it from Best Buy, I would have guessed it to be an counterfeit one.

This controller is amazing, I don't know much about video games or their controls, but my son loves it.

Bought this like my title manily says... I have 2 ps5 og release controllers, both have "stick drift" but one is worse than the other. I bought the blue to chnage up the color scheme. The blue is outstandingly nice i will say.
