It's a very nice looking controller. So far so good, this replaces a controller that started to drift after about a year of use, can we please just get hall sensors on all controllers already. The "features" of the DualSense still feel more gimmick than useful at this point, but the touch pad is nice. The XBox controller is still my favorite but I do think this is an ergonomic and overall improvement over last gen.

it’s a amazing color and design, although it only lasted a month until i got stick drift on it, i recommend adding the geek squad insurance on it, but overall amazing controller!!

It works like it should which is great but the best thing about this one is the way the color changes when it moves but there is no way that a picture can show that, it is so pretty, I love it.

Great customer service and great product, used but was literally like new

Like the color, it matches my black PS5 Pro. Had to go all black on the controller & the console because the ps5 is big & ugly. This color scheme is definitely the way to go for me at least, in the future I might get a blue one also. I got it on sale open box excellent and it was in perfect condition. I think buy these controllers at regular price is to high for me.

I love these controllers—they’re amazing and feel great while gaming. Just make sure to buy the warranty, because after a certain amount of use they do start to drift. I’ve had to replace them every one to two years, depending on how much I game. Overall, still a solid controller.

The controller works seamlessly with all the devices I have paired it with so far, and after a handful of months using this controller strictly, there are no signs of drift at all.
