Feels good, however couldn't connect to ps4 hence rated 4

Bought this as an opened boxed product on Saturday. Will give the review a two star as the controller works. However, when I opened the box, this item was coated in dirt. I'm not sure if the previous owned went out side to play in the mud then decided to use his/her PS5, but this thing was down right filthy. As I was home already, I cleaned it using a baking soda mixture and rubbing alcohol to get in the tough to reach places, but I couldn't believe the state the product was in when I opened the package. Needless to say, it's clean now and working fine, but whoever is responsible for managing returns and restocking open items at this location needs to do a better job.

Good controller works great but got box with a small rip.

I just used for a couple of moths and know the drift is crazy its literally impossible to play with it

Purchased as an additional controller. X button is sticking already and the sticks feel cheap. Not worth $80. Better off spending the additional 120 to get the edge.

Build quality is great and fits well in my hands. Only gets four stars because stick drift is very prominent in a controller that is less than a year hold.

My controller stopped working 3 months after purchasing unfortunately I did not have geek squad insurance.

Good so far but only bought because Sony playstation makes defective controllers which cause a left stick drift over time. No thanks Sony/playstation.

The controller is very nice, if it lasts. Bought an extra for my sons Ps5 and one already stopped working :( I hate that because we love PlayStation products. Hopefully mine was just a defect but we are unfortunately out of the return policy at this point.

For some reason the PS5 controller doesn't have a great battery. I remember playing with the PS4 controller almost a whole day before it died. These you get a few hours and it's dieing on you.

Didn’t last long… Also, too bad Best Buy has decided not to sell physical media anymore. Means I won’t be purchasing from them in the future.

Gets you there but over all poor build quality easily destroyed from use had mine for regular use about 5 hrs total a week

I bought this a few months ago for my birthday because I didn’t like the white one so I bought a black one which cost 80$ so then my dad got me one as a surprise so I never opened this one and today i open it to play with friends and it’s all scratched up and has bad stick drift so don’t buy form here

I've barely had these for 2.5 weeks and the haptic feedback motor in one of them has already gone bad. It's so loose that it makes a loud hollow sound anytime I use it. Shoddy construction. Smh

Coming from a Fighting Game Player perspective, the worst controller of this generation is the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. However the DS5 D-Pad is not as actuate as the DS4 and the grip is less comfortable. Also, Sony choose to make this controller incompatible with the PS4 or PC. I've started gaming on my PC & Tablet and sometimes use PlayStation Remote Play. I'd like to have made the DS5 my go-to but the compatibility is not there. If you need to game on PC or Android then get the new Xbox controller, more colors and work wirelessly with most everything.
