Buy the geek squad warranty so you can swap out with a new controller everytime this happens.

Item never delivered...

The drift to a point where I can’t play and buttons don’t work properly. How do I go about getting these three controllers fixed???

Ps5 open box controller

I went on vacation. I tried it out after vacation and it didn’t work. It was clearly not tested and shouldn’t have been listed as excellent condition. I went to Best Buy to return it and I was told I can’t return it because it was 17 days after purchase. I spoke with the manager and he was very rude. I will not purchase anything from Best Buy again. This particular Best Buy is on Rand road in Arlington heights Illinois.
