Sticky button from factory.

Dont even have my system but I pulled this out of the box just to touch it and daydream before my actual PS5 arrives at BB and the controller has a sticky X button from the factory. Not good. Hope this isn't wide spread.

Inferior controller

You’d think for the price you could get a decent controller for a ps 5. Sony should be ashamed.

Started to stick drift

Sony dropping the ball with these cotnrollers.

Controller was replaced under warranty. Original controller which came with system has also developed a headphone jack problem as well and will be returned for replacement. Sony seems to be having problems with these controllers. Unfortunately, you have no alternatives at this time.

Careful when buying open box items

Got home to use it and the stick drift was worse than my old over 1 year one. Sadly instant return. Unfortunately they didn’t have a new one so I just had to return and not exchange

Steer Clear of the White Controller

A known issue with Sony, yet they do nothing about it, 4 controllers I’ve bought, all 4 stick drift, I’m glad the newer better built midnight and cosmic red are now out, they are much better built.
