Don’t buy things online via bestbuy especially if it’s in store because then it’ll take them forever. This literally took you guys almost 2 months just to send me the controller even tho it is one of the most available products for the PS5

Ive gone through at least 6 of these since the release. The last controller broke after 2 months returned it to Sony and they sent a new one that lasted 3 weeks

These controllers don't last. We have had to replace 2 already since purchasing in November and now third one is starting to grind on the joysticks so will have to.replace soon

Bought an open box that a customer scammed and said it was brand new. That controller was rode hard and returned broken. Be careful on what you buy open box. It said excellent but the right trigger was about to fall off.

Stopped working after a few weeks. My son never told me and now I can’t return it

My audio jack insert broke less than 2 months of having. and I am passed the return... this controller is horrible. waste of money.

It is already broken only a couple of months using something is wrong with the joystick, I have three controllers with the same problem

It took less then 30 days for both controllers R2 to start malfunctioning, adaptive triggers no longer work, they have become super touchy even if I rest the weight of my fingers on the trigger I find myself randomly shooting

It was not even been 6 months & the R2 trigger is already getting stuck. I need to really press down on it

Brought 2 different colors on the same day 19 days later both stop working on the same day buttons stop working

Didn't even have it 1 month before it stopped working and best buy would not exchange it or anything I will not be buying from them any further

3rd controlelr in 2 years now. Im not really doing much besdies maybe an occasional drop it on the CARPET floor. Yet ive somehow gone through 2 of these already

left joystick pulls to the lower left 4 ever. Paying for a 70 dollar controller that breaks after a few days is horrendous!!!

I sent it back.. the controller was completely torn apart and malfunctioning. Buying open box items in bestbuy is a lottery

I can’t review this product because the PlayStation 5 on the order with it did not ship. Because Best Buy won’t install security to stop bot hackers nobody has a PlayStation 5 console to use their controllers on.

Left joystick stopped working after 8 months…now having to deal with Sonys very slow warranty process that I don’t suggest anyone deals with. Worst CS over the phone.

Last less then a year before glitching. I replace them 1 to 2 times a year.
