Works perfectly. Something happened with the last controller where it stopped working out of nowhere. The geek squad & best buy employees perfectly help me get a replacement and in a color I wanted.

Love the color on this. It looks good with the white headset also. This is my main controller. Other than that it’s a normal ps5 controller. The accidental coverage is added plus for 2 years!

The PS5 controller feels much higher quality than old console controllers of their day. The sticks have higher resistance than any other controller I've used, which feels nice for trying to do precise controls in games. The front buttons have a nice tactile feel when pressing and are easily differentiated in your hands. The bumper buttons (R1/L1) also have a nice solid click to them. The triggers (R2/L2) however are rather flimsy feeling. The left trigger on mine broke after a fall from a 3 foot high desk and is now even looser than before. This causes the trigger to activate from very little force, which wouldn't be an issue except you can't adjust trigger deadzones in most games or software. The microphone and headphone jack are nice features as well. I've plugged the controller into my PC and used the mic in Discord several times. The quality is minimal obviously, but much better than most earbuds and old gaming headsets from the past.

I have owned this ps5 controller for a few years and it looks great, feels fantastic, and has not failed me yet :) .

The color is exactly as showed. No issues with the controller, battery life is as displayed, easy to use and fits great in your hand.

You can't go wrong with anything purple! I love the color of this controller. The quality is just as good as the original controller that came with my PS5. No complaints.

The best white controller I’ve ever owned, hard to keep clean especially the white rubber on the thumb sticks but it’s definitely a looker, the pearly white look is even bette run person.

These controllers with the haptic feedback are absolutely unbeatable. The quality is recognizable for being PlayStations flagship build and the colors are clean. 10/10

My PS5 came with the regular white controller. My favorite color is red so I had to buy it, bought the openbox and it has been working great. Be sure to make the regular updates your PS5 recommends.

Excellent battery life. Never had an issue with it. Also looks like the picture so when you unrap this item you know what your getting with the bright blue color of the remote.
