This is definitely a NEXT GENERATION controller. There is so much going on that keeps you connected to the game it's insane. You can feel all the movements with ease and helps overall game play.

Sony has outdone themselves with the design of this controller. It is comfortable, sleek, and the haptic feedback is something to experience. There is no contest when it comes to other controllers.

Love the PS5 DualSense wireless controllers. I only had the one that came with the system, so I needed to get a second one - preferably in my favorite color (which is purple). Controller works great (I use it now instead of the ones that comes with the system) and have had no issues with it after all this time. They can be costly, but worth it for the life of the controller.

I like the geek squad protection, I just don't like the fact that the stick drift problem with this remote and that you r always going to have to replace them

Now I am not a gamer, but I got my son the PS5 for Christmas (2024), and I love to play Crash Bandicoot on his PS$, so I had to get me a controller too. And Sony you wonderful people made it in my favorite color! WORTH IT!

I love this controller! It’s very innovative, easy to use, fits well in my hands, and love the haptic feedback. Also love how Best Buy was able to exchange the controller due to a factory defect.
