They’re expensive but the controller is better than any other controller out there right now. The vibration, control set, and motion controls are awesome and the feedback feels great with games. Games will do clever things like have a small rumble in the joysticks only when your character walks over sand, meanwhile the speaker in the controller will emit a quiet crunchy sand sound. Stuff like that all the time. It’s super immersive. Battery life is good and it charges fast

Just but a new controller. Those returned items are not usually great. Stick drft

Really nice controller! I bought this controller before I got my PS5, and my first impressions were great! This controller feels like it was better built, and had actual human ergonimics in mind compared to the PS4 controller. When I got my PS5, I was even more impressed by the controller. The adaptive triggers, detailed vibration, etc is all so cool! When combined with the PS5, it actually feels like a next generation upgrade. I have not had any problems with the joysticks, and I hope I never do. But so far so good!

The Best Controller yet, with a great color.......

Have been on the fence for over a year since my previous ps4 worked fine. Couldn't pass up the bundle with cod for the same price as regular console. Big bonus is plays PS4 titles and overall speed, performance, and setup was positive. Console is on the larger side but still fit in our entertainment center.

PS5 only comes with one controller because they are all greedy scumbags so I had to buy a second controller. The good news the new controllers for PS5 are terrific with fun interactive-type features.

The controller is great. But this review is to state that best buy has given me open boxed items twice now claiming to be new. First time was a 500 dollar motherboard which I had to exchange for a NEW one. Now today I get an open boxed white ps5 controller. I paid full price for a new controller, not a scuffed one. I love best buy, but stop giving me open boxed items. I will exchange them everytime. Why go through the trouble???

Best controller Sony has ever made. Comfortable and sleek. Haptic feedback and adaptive triggers are literal game changers.
