Bad choice for “open box”

It’s not an open box item, this remote was well used and returned. I wiped it because it felt odd, like a film on it and got a lot of nasty black filt from the seams and the sticks. Also, the internal vibration motors rattle when they go off. Will be returning it and going new…

Great looking, but one button feels off

It feels as if its depressed more than the other buttons and only goes down half as far. It cause misinputs at times. The one I have now is the ‘X’ button, the one before was L1. Going to be trying to exchange again.
