Awful and misleading refund policies.

Then the item returned a few days later, saying it could not be refunded even though the box was never opened. Will not purchase anything from Best Buy again with this return policy.

PS5 controller

The package had been opened so I bought it at a discount. After arriving home and opening it, it appeared as if someone had cleaned a chimney and went fairly hard on some much needed gaming after a hard day’s work. No such thing as a refund or a return for a new one for that matter. The fact the controller went hard right and did its own thing was an outstanding bonus.

Not a fan of Xbox looking to troll

Some games you cant play in M&K For example For honor. Gta5 (flying and driving). Dark souls. Sekiro. Emulators and I'm sure I missed a couple of obvious ones. IF YOU ARE READING THIS and you currently have a PS5 controller and are using it for PC. wrap your palm around the top part (the USB-C charging hole) for a second or two and try to move your character. The stability of the connection on these things suck and unless my computer is out in the opine with no walls or anything obstructing the line of sight of this thing. It will loose single
