This is the second one I've purchased after the original and the first purchased one developed serious drift issues. I'm betting thisa one will have the same fate after a couple months of play time. Google it. I believe there is a class action suit against Sony for this since its so prevalent. There are plenty of video's and write-ups on how to fix the drift issue but all have proven to be temporary and not perminent, at least for me. I'm certainly not going to take it apart and clean the potentiometers as some suggest, shouldn't have to. I'm hoping that another company will step up with an aftermarket compatible controller soon.

Good controller but analog drifts terribly after a month of using.

The remote was defective the down on d-pad dint work.

Not compatible with my PS5. I bought 2of these at best buy, also another one on amazon and the one from amazon works perfectly fine. Not sure why these 2 controllers from best buy are not working.

Joysticks fell out within 3 months should have bought warranty

Headphone jack is loose or broke, microphone/audio cuts out until I switch controllers.

This product has already malfunction and I never made it back to the ups to return it in time before they alerted I can no long cause to much time had lapsed so guess I’m out 50$

It stopped working after 2 weeks. It always happens with devices that are not bought with PS consoles. It happened with my previous PS4 device that I bought from you and it is happening with the new PS5 now.

Best Buy gave me a used returned controller with my Ps5 bundle

Your customer service is lacking. To this date, I have not received the return information to participate in the exchange program.

This has nothing to do with the retailers but these ps5 controllers are notorious for "stick drift" i have 4 of these controllers and now my newest one have terrible stick drift.

I disliked the color. Returned it and got black instead

I’m really disappointed with the quality of this controller, the battery lasts noticeably less time than my other dualsenses and has a terrible rattling noise coming from it when it is vibrating from game play.

Sensitivity was way too high and it seema way too sloppy, slimy for FPS. Imho I do have older versions of the PS controlles that i prefer better.

Amazing color! Sadly I received a lemon that is defective. The touch-pad freezes and doesn’t respond to haptic touch.

Was not working. Next day took it to same shop but supervisors refused to exchange or refund. It is better it online where your refund is confirmed.

The color controllers suck brought 2 on the same day and 19 days later both stop working on the same day buttons stop working never drop them at all

Sent wrong item, and packaging was terrible no type of protection for the item

The sticks drift after 3 weeks of daily play. Best buy won't take return after 15 days, then you have to pay to ship it back to Sony for either repair or refurbished one after buying it new. Sony has major issue with these stock mechanisms and the cust is paying for it. Would never purchase another controller from best buy. The extra insurance is 20.00 when target charges 8.00.

I was trying to connect it with my PC. Although it connected i had issue eith the buttons they were not very responsive and kept skipping buttons
