Good and Bad

Lack Durability

Nevertheless, these controllers are not as durable as previous Playstation installments. Buttons start stick, analogs stuck in certain directions, etc. Just be sure to get insurance or warranty.

Honest review

Its designed well based on looks, but I have to be honest and give the actual customer who uses this controller especially for first person shooter games. The life span of the thumbsticks is not made for fast action paced shooters. Thumbstick drift is a huge issue and impacts aim and accuracy. I can tell you within one month of playing, I experienced bad drift to the point of switching over to my ps4 controller which after at least 6 months of usage, still works exceptionally better. I really wish for a controller that is over the $60 mark will perform better than its predecessor. Unfortunately this is not the case and has bothing to do with best buy. Its sony. They can do better.
