The dual sense controllers handle the same as a used, but I think the newer versions are more prone to stick drift, even if you play games with lighter controls. If it weren't for Best buys top tier warranty, I would definitely worry about these new controllers.

Sony did an outstanding job in designing the look, feel, and features of the DualSense controller for PlayStation 5. It’s the only truly next-gen controller. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers have to be experienced to be believed.

Incredible piece of kit, but I needed a repair. The most comfortable and ergonomics-friendly controller I've ever used. The adaptive triggers and haptics are incredible. Unfortunately my left joystick started drifting within a year. But I sent it into Playstation and they replaced it with a more current model that's more reliable free-of-charge.

I think the controllers are over priced and with warranty it was a little over $100 for one controller. But it's a need so they know you have to pay it.

I mean it’s an OEM controller, not sure what else you were expecting, except for eventual stick drift.

Well made, and I love the color. The haptic feedback on supported games is next level. I use it on the PC and the support is great so far.

I love this controller. While I prefer the PS4 controller for competitive gaming, this controller feels really nice and I like the reactive trigger technology on certain games. Plus, the all black look is nice.

This controller feels amazing and looks really nice with the black matte finish all though it could be a bit pricey! Still a 10/10
