2 star sony at the time of purchase seams to have poor quality control from day 1 controller r2 button has been a constant fluctuating on again off again issue the button would be smooth as butter then so hard to push it felt like point of breaking for amount of time controller has been used switching between the one that came with system bought the 2nd controller because system controller couldn't keep charge for more than an hr at best with power draining settings turned to minimum or off the triggers (mostly r2) but l2 is not far behind the controller trigger buttons have worn significantly for a little use as they have seen battery life however on this controller has been phenomenal i can use it 2 to 3hrs a day for an average of 3 days without charging it that being bluetoothed to my pc overall controller has good feel and near seamless operation but top L&R Buttons are less than satisfying on the plus side between the controller that came with system and the one purchased shortly after they make one okay controller in the end i bought a Scuf controller because my last 3 microsoft controllers did not fair much better mewhile 1st gen ps3 and original controller still work flawlessly battery however is starting to discharge if not plugged in once every few months but in its defense it only gets used once a year bottom line sony is slipping or maybe im getting old but sony used to be a solid product overall disappointment with new gen products the ps5 is a beautiful system but is lacking where it once triumphed seperate note ps5 wifi adapter absolutely terrible in todays wireless world if system not right next to router it cannot hold connection or download anything to save its life router is Asus something or another gives me download speeds of 140+mbps 200ft away on pc's and xbox one s but ps5 cant get more than 5mbps but ps3 from about 2 decades ago can connect at triple the speed of the latest and greatest of subject and rant for another time bottom line be better sony your killing a once great titan of digital innovation spend the extra money buy a compatible controller aftermarket or get extra warrenty so you can waste a bunch of time no one should have to returning and replacing a product that shouldnt have to be quite so ofen

PS5 only comes with one controller because they are all greedy scumbags so I had to buy a second controller. The good news the new controllers for PS5 are terrific with fun interactive-type features.

This controller is awesome. The design is great. Only wish the matching plate were available but that neither here or there. The controller is same controller as any other color but look amazing if have on a display.

I like the hapticfeedback and the triggers are adaptive to the game im playing. They are also pressure sensitive so it makes the emersion that much better a must buy if playing multiplayer games.

Honestly the coolest part of the PS5. Yeah, the fancy new graphics are cool, but they’re a given with any new console generation. Its awesome being able to actually feel/discern different materials your character walks across and feeling the triggers react/respond to what you’re doing. Side note: It’s also a bit larger and more comfy imo for larger hands.

You can never go wrong with a PS controller.Imedietly after taking it out of the box and using it to play resident evil 4, everything was incredible. The speaker when it played the voice acting was clean, the way the joysticks felt was incredible and smooth, I felt like I enjoyed the controller more than the game. 10/10 purchase and will bye again.

Got this as a main control for my sons PS5, works well and is a very nice color
