The controllers works as intended. Unfortunately two I purchased started to malfunction recently in July 2026. The black one power button isn't working most of the time now. When it started happening. The controller itself was repeatedly pushing the power button during game play. Making it difficult if not impossible to play my game. The grey controller started drifting a while back but still worked so i dealt with it. Recently the buttons began to malfunction. Sometimes unresponsive. Other times activate on their own during game play. Making it really difficult.

This remote s everything!! The color is so unique and cool. Works perfectly! I love the remote and I love Best Buy

The grip on the controller is super good and the color matches when you have other black accessories and looks good when turned on.

When I opened the box to take it out, it was so stunning like color blocking is awesome, the feel of the controller is different from the white one that comes with the console. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and cant wait to use it when playing the new spider-man game!!!

Having gamed exclusively with the original in-box controller that is packed with the console, I can say this model feels noticably lighter. I may or may not have accidentally dropped it on carpet during the more vigorous play sessions and can attest to it's durability. Nothing feels lost except for weight. Buttons feel just as weighted as the original. Rumble and vibrations are still as strong. Happy with this replacement

Bought controller because my old one got stick drift and honestly love this controller.

Love the color and works great, worth buying the warranty because they will replace it when you have stick drift!

There's nothing else to say except that the DualSense is the best controller to date. I also love the all black colorway.

Love the new controller design easy to hold, love the new trigger features, and the blue is such a good color.

I love this controller it’s my fav color an it feels smooth an different then the others button time is very responsive.

It's been great up untill now. I have had no issues whatsoever. Unlike the ps4 controller that came broken or broke within weeks of buying, this controller hasn't had any issues and it has a cool colour to boost. The only thing I can say is that paying $5 more just for a colour is too much.

The color way is so cool, I love that they have this to offer. Everything feels the same, but the color way gives my setup some character. I want to put a skin in my console to match my controller

Great controller. The color really helps with control and comfort. I call it the “triple Cs” to succussful gaming. Color, Comfort, Control. My reaction time to jumping, sliding, aiming has never been more faster and accurate. Sony magic. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the best controller since PS2. The Ps3 and PS4 controller sucked! All it took was a little design theft from Xbox and we have a winner. Calm down ponies! literally every console has stolen the Xbox design, it just works and that's facts. So tone down your little console waring mind and grab reality by the horns and walk in sanity with the rest of of that realize: "There is no war" you should own all consoles. I actually think this controller is great! Still not as good as an Xbox Elite 2 controller but great in it's own right. Triggers feel great, holding it doesn't make you feel weird like the PS4 controller did. I was so glad Astro made a controller for PS4, Phew... saved that console. Anyways the color on this controller is better than the standard white as it give you throwback feels. Where Sony stands out is the speaker and mic on the controller. Oh you thought I would say Haptic feed back? Yeah no, not new bro Xbox has had haptic feedback since 2013, the devs just didn't use it outside of games like Forza. Sony took that too and practically used it in all games. But for us that turned it off we never cared about it. Should you get this? 100% yes either this or the read. I haven't used the standard white since I got this six months ago. If you leave this review thinking I'm knocking Sony, I'm not. I'm real and if you can't stand truth then you're the problem. LOL Go get this already!
