Cool controller kids love it keeps its charge the kids like it and dropped it a few times and didn’t break yet

Nice controller, easy to grip. Nearly identical to other PlayStation controllers when it comes to the feel. I enjoy the haptic feedback and the trigger buttons with pressure now.

I like the color of it feel good in my hand when i play games the color goes right with my tv sand i would recommend the controller to a friend it doesn't get dirty fast like the white one and it came on time thanks best buy

I love this color. The black version of ps5 controller looks really cool and dope and the controller itself I think is the best out of all other controlers. The haptic feedback and vibrations are so cool features.

Hands down my favorite part of this new console generation. They have completely redone the PlayStation controller. It feels excellent in the hands. The battery life is pretty good, in my opinion. I love the haptic feedback its capable of.

Honestly, whenever I am shopping for electronics, appliances, anything of this nature, the 1st place i look is Best Buy open box. Because of the deals, then 2nd,i look at Best Buy prices because with total tech, there's no need to buy extended warranty coverage. You're good. This controller is amazing, with a good color to distinguish when playing with the family. And if my son does something crazy like spill him drink on it, I'm covered.

I purchased this item for my grandson for Christmas. He loves it because he has an additional one to be able to play with when he has friends over. The price so reasonable my daughter purchased one as well for her playstation.
