So I’m on my second remote controller already but I love the way the new remote feels in your hands, the haptic feedback seems to malfunction quite often, but if it’s working correctly then the experience is so far the best I’ve had with any system. I spoke to a BESTBUY worker and he mentioned he’s on his 4th controller already! With the price being more than the PS4, I’d definitely recommend getting geek squad warranty on all controllers.

Excellent product the quality is amazing and the color stand out alot would totally recommend this controller.

Excellent controller. Battery life can deplete fast depending on usage. I recommend having a second Dual Sense Controller on stand by.

Wow, the Sony controller never looked and felt great as it does now. Can talk with built in speaker and the rumble feature rocks. Feels good in my hands playing. Quality technology here for sure. For the price, it's very good indeed.

I was looking for a new controller because I have been wanting to pay video games with my younger brother. His favorite super hero is spider man and so I bought this controller (before sony announched the new Spider-Man one) and he was so happy and excited that he could finally play with me. The customer service was amazing and helpful. I was helped by a very kind man and was very pleased with how easy the process was. I am definitely going to come back a get another contoller soon. Especially at my nearest Best Buy!! 10/10

It's a controller, and it works as it should. Can't say much more about it. The DualSense is a nice upgrade from the PS4 controllers. I've really been enjoying the haptic feedback playing games like Ratchet and Clank.

Works as expected with Manufacturers design. Easily connects to system to start playing.

Love the black. When playing Read Dead Redemption 2, the center is red, which is perfect. Looks sweet against the black.
