It has taken a bit to get used to the controller setup, but it's extremely comfortable and responsive. One of the best controllers for any console I've owned.

Excellent controller and a cool color that reminds me of the classic controllers.

The controller was marked as "Excellent Condition" but when we came to pick it up we were handed a beat plain cardboard box...clearly re-used...i say ok, is what it is.....30 seconds at home andn one of the controllers MAIN components was completely broken...most notably thee most common problem a Playstation 5 controller can have. Instant Stick Drift....like what??? So we came back and ended up paying more and purchasing it new. my mistake but don't Buy Best Buys's PS5 Controllers.....

Love the color, works great on my pc and my PS5. Haptics are great and it’s plug and play for my pc

The white controller gets so dirty over time.... if your looking for second controller get the black trust me.. the white looks nice but can get dirty if you forget to wipe down after gaming

Controller is clean!! For some reason though it's lighter than my white PS5 control that came with the system, don't know why that is. It works and everything, so that's all that matters.
