Love it! Color is exactly what i wanted cant go wrong

Purchased the Starlight Blue Dualsense controller to replace my old controller because it had horrible “Stick DRIFT”. Saw a video on Youtube saying that new Galaxy Collection line of controllers have a better life span before the controller starts experiencing drift. It’s too early to tell but I’ve started noticing i have to change this controller more often. Battery seems to last like 4-5 hours. Don’t know if that’s the standard but it’s annoying having to keep plugging the controller in!

Well, it works great as a PS5 controller. I am not sure what else someone would want it for.

I had the 8bitdo controller and wanted to upgrade from that. This one is really good for the price. It gives you everything you want when it comes to gaming.

These controls have good grip and great response. The sensitivity it them is great as well.

I ordered an excellent condition open box controller. According to the website that means new condition, in the original box, and everything included. I did not receive that! I received a loose controller in a shipping box. I asked my son and he didn't care about the box and owners manual as long as the control worked well. It did not! Right away he noticed stick drift. I told him to play with it for a while and it might clear up...nope! So I contacted customer service. They ordered a replacement for me free of charge and I was to mail the faulty one back. When I went to print the label to return I saw an email stating the order had been cancelled. Upon reading the email it stated it was cancelled because there was none in stock. (Why was he able to place the order then?) I again contacted customer service. I got the run around and poor English from the rep and her supervisor. The supervisor promised if I placed a new order of the exact item and color that they would do a price adjustment to reflect what I originally paid. She also told me I had already been issued a refund for the original order. But the whole time I'm being told the replacement was cancelled because there weren't any in stock currently. So how am I supposed to order a product that they're saying is unavailable? I again ask for a supervisor. He proceeds to tell me that they cannot give the price adjustment or do anything for me except advise me to return or bring to a store. I'm 150 miles from the nearest Best Buy. Just ridiculous! If they would have sent me the correct item to begin with this all could have been avoided. I wasted 3 hours conversing with customer service about this and got nothing but the run around and false promises. I have never had worse customer service! I expected more of Best Buy!! Run the other way and don't look back!!

Definitely a game changer. Haptic feedback in this controller really immerse you into the game.
