The new controllers feel like they are an extension of your body. They are so nice. I strongly urge people to get some.

Haptic feedback and adaptive triggers are AMAZING. Quite the innovation in the controller field. Can only truly be understood when paired with a PS5 game that utilizes the new tech

You'd think by now Sony would offer a controller with paddles with so many on the market. This controller is good, not great. When it comes to precision based games, it feels like the cursor moves to slow when you're making slight adjustments, when you extend the joystick further, then it moves too quickly. This causes a weird feeling that it's not as precise as even the DualShock 4 was. The DS4 was much more consistent with the cursor moving progressively and steadily faster the more you pushed the joystick to the side. The haptic is probably where this controller sings the most. Night and day difference between it and every other controller on the market. The speaker and mic built in are a nice plus but pretty bad quality. Only good if your wireless headset happens to die (so in a pinch) and I would not use it for an extended period of time...especially if you have noise-sensitive people or pets in the home. Overall, it's a fine controller but not a great controller. I prefer the Scuf Vantage controllers with non-parallel joysticks but there aren't compatible ones with the PS5 (for PS5 games).

Very much like the feel of the PS5 controllers vs the PS4. Nothing too special but just works. So far battery life has been good as well.

Works as expected, no issues and this is the 8th controller I own and now I have every color.

The controller was marked as "Excellent Condition" but when we came to pick it up we were handed a beat plain cardboard box...clearly re-used...i say ok, is what it is.....30 seconds at home andn one of the controllers MAIN components was completely broken...most notably thee most common problem a Playstation 5 controller can have. Instant Stick Drift....like what??? So we came back and ended up paying more and purchasing it new. my mistake but don't Buy Best Buys's PS5 Controllers.....

Great controller. I got it for 55 at bestbuy I prefer this color than the white cause that one gets dirty. Good quality and 1-2 day free shipping of orders bigger than 30. Love bestbuy.

Love the ps5 controller as it is, the color is just a plus. I honestly wanted the purple version but best buy did not carry it at the moment. I will just get it later.
