Having an extra controller helps keep you in the game longer as your other controller recharges. Unfortunately, one controller is equally as pricey as buying a whole new game.

Drifts after a few months

They always end up drifting after a few months. The only reason we stick with them is because of how well the actual control feels and handles. In my opinion there aren't any other controllers out there that even match that. The only way I'd recommend this to someone is if they get the $20 replacement insurance so when you inevitably do end up having to replace it, it's only $20 instead of $75.
