Good controller get the warranty for the extra money worth it

Quality product. No issues with performance. Holds a charge well.

Works great no issues. Got a purple one that deliped a stick drift issue within the first few weeks, this one is much better.

no sure if this works, no one stocks enough PS5s to be able to use. Best Buys pre sale and launch had issues, They did not handle this right

Stick drift across multiple controllers. Useless afterwards and very frustrating to play with. This must be a problem for other users. Fix it and let us return defective controllers.

Look amazing and feels solid! But unfortunately it breaks too quick. Last two controllers had similar problem. After some time left stick mechanism or sensors started acting up. Character in the game constantly moves left. Last controller lasted little less than two months of normal playing 3-4 times a week.

As you may already know, the dual sense has some amazing features. From the haptic feedback to the adaptive triggers, there’s a lot to love about this controller. However, I have some complaints. I got my Ps5 about 2 weeks ago from BestBuy and the ‘X’ button has been sticky. Whenever I’m web slinging in Spider Man Remastered, the ‘X’ button sticks and doesn’t come up for a few seconds. Other than that, it’s a great controller.

Always a great idea to have an extra controller for your console gaming and especially when you can get them on sale as well!

Does it's job biggest flaw id say is the battery life. The controller is packed with features witch unfortunately hurts the battery life

I like red, though not big on this shade. Controller had trouble initial syncing; had to use wire. Good, but not great.

My son really loves the color and I couldn’t resist the price I got it on Black Friday so I’m very pleased with this purchase

If you’re a call of duty found, then you definitely need to have one of these controllers, highly special and worth the price

Bought it and after limited usage of about a month, realized that there's a problem with one of the sticks sensitivities. Tried to return, store credit, or exchange it, and Best Buy told me that I should have gotten their Warranty plan. Then told me that there's nothing they can do. Best Buy sells broken products and then tells you to get over it.
